SUPPORT WORKERS
We work with various Housing Associations where our staff provide a high, quality, effective and appropriate support services such organizing doctor’s appointments, leisure activities, shopping, meeting up with friends, administration of medicine etc. This helps our clients integrate back into the community.
NURSING AND RESIDENTIAL HOMES
We work collaboratively with the services users to provide the best service in personal care duties such as:
• Assist in Mobility
• Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance
• Medication reminders and recording
• Safety and fall prevention
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Oral Hygiene
LEARNING DISABILITY
Our Team of support workers are able to work closely with individuals with learning disability. They can record behaviour change which may associated with anxiety, depression, and the feeling of isolation. At Topline Care, the relationship between the service users and our staff is paramount as it promotes personal growth and development.
